7 Wonders of Yuletide: Happiness in Small Packages

I'm trying to catch up with this blog series for the Yuletide and I can't believe that the holiday season went by so fast. We got into a one week province vacation that left us so relaxed that I didn't even bother opening up my blog site to write. I wanted PURE relaxation - eat, sleep, watch some DVDs, surf the internet and then repeat. ONE WHOLE WEEK of nothing but rest. Whiw!

And so I'll go ahead and blog away this week to finish up! And here goes my fourth entry...

Arajera at the St. James Bazaar
I've been hooked to online shopping lately. Simply because it saves so much time and the items are more often than not one of a kind. Those that you won't really find elsewhere in the market. While lazily browsing random blogs one day, I got into this entry that talked about an online jewelry maker. She makes ear pins of all sorts, necklaces with charming designs and some other trinkets. I was amazed by her creativity and her keen attention to details. Each piece I saw in her portfolio was simply gorgeous.

Arajera - that's the online shop. From the day that I came across her page, I started following her online accounts. I wanted to know her bazaar schedules since I was hesitant to order online. I wanted to see the pieces in person and try them out to see which will fit best. Good thing she joined the annual St. James bazaar in Ayala Alabang. I told hubby about it. He took me there on a Sunday and we hunted for the stall of Arajera! After some bumps and turns, we got into her space. Ear pins and necklaces - I had a hard time choosing! I tried a couple of pieces and decided to go for the chemistry inclined ones. What can I do? The designs called out to me! I wasn't able to resist the charm of the aromatic rings. I got the following ---

Dopamine Necklace

Serotonin Ear Pins

The little girl also wanted her own ear pins. Good thing Arajera had some pieces for little ones. She wanted the one with stars and the one with hearts. Until after sometime, she decided to get the heart ear pins. They were so cute! And the best thing of it all, they also looked good on me. Yay! Great job Ara!
